May Meeting Highlights

We had quite a bit of show and tell at our last meeting in May. Plans are underway for our fall show with jobs being assigned and much discussion about show details. Who knew that the sand bags play such an important role in quilting!

Audrey, preparing for Canada Day with this place mat for Meals on Wheels

Myrna models a wonderful little tote above, and Blanche is busy making for another great grandchild.

Cynthia had been creatively procuring fabric from her sister's cupboard to make this strip cutie.

Cynthia grumbled a bit about this guild orange peel quilt but it really couldn't look sweeter. The quilting caused a bit of a challenge but worth it!

Helen always has a bag full!

Val shows off her majong

We had to pester poor Jo-Anne to show us her rag quilt and she folded it up so fast, this is the best shot I could get!

Lynn usually wows us with something unique

Val is thinking of winter with her friend Olaf

Lynn shows off her gorgeous original design she made for her new grandson

My 'Broken Herringbone' I finished at our retreat

Marg is back from the states - spent the winter quilting with her southern friends.
