March Meeting Highlights

Quite a large show and tell Tuesday for a small group. A number of members are still golfing down south and others, like me, were not able to make the March meeting. Thank you to my wonderful substitute photographer.

Helen has been busy as ever with a few beautiful creations

Judy tries to hid ....

Sandra tells us this is 'Magic purple binding'

Lynn also playing peek a boo ... this is a guild project we worked on to raffle this summer.

Audrey showing off some mitred borders

And this sweet smile with the same

Cynthia with a sweet baby quilt

Helen busy with her embroidery machine

Judy shows off a sweet quilt for baby

And busy, busy .... Sandra with a custom creation

Cindy has two new grand babies so needed to make two new quilts!

And Lynn with more mitred work! I thought I would get one done just to be a smart Alec but gave up on it pretty promptly! Kudos to the ladies that made place mats for Meals on Wheels

We established months ago that Helen doesn't sleep right!

And another guild stash project. We must have emptied our cupboard by now!!

Until next time!

Please put on your calender the date of our spring retreat ... May 3 & 4. It is free for members. Please join us for two days of sewing and fun. We will have a catered dinner again on the Friday night. It would be nice to see you out even for dinner. Please contact Lynn if you are interested in the cushion project planned and to pay for dinner.
