A lot of ladies hand sewed labels onto our comfort quilts, and lots of visiting occured. It was a very nice way to spend the day.

A nice array of star blocks for the next comfort quilt.

Here is the last quilt for Freedom Outreach.  A nice way to use up those old blue jeans

Another quilt for Freedom Outreach

And yet another quilt for them

Here is a comfort quilt without a home....yet.

A group of our ladies worked of this quilt.
This one will be for the November Craft Sale.
We will be selling raffle tickets on this one.

Here is the completed top for this beauty.
It will be our raffle quilt for our quilt show in April

Lorna has put some of the blocks together from our hand sewn comfort squares.
I think there are some left if you would like to hand piece one for the quild.
Lorna assures us that if is not too difficult.

Here is our next comfort block or it could be your own project.
It is all about learned colour placement in design.

There are some quilts shows coming up.  If you are out traveling, you can go to this links and see if there is a quilt show in your area.

Our local Threads of Friendship group which meets on Monday
Afternoons from 1-4 PM at the United Church,
are looking for quilts to hand quilt, as well as Quilters.

And yet another quilt top completed

 Now for our favourite

Do you sell some quilts ?

My dad is a patient in palliatif care and I saw on his bed a beautifull quilt

when i turned it over , it had a tag that read
;"made for you by the quilting angels of northstar☆ guilt guild"

So I googled the name and found this blog with magnificent quilts...

please let me know where I can buy these

thank you
