Cranapple Coffee Cake

Cranapple Coffee Cake
2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup Brown sugar packed
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup coarsely grated red apple
1 cup halved fresh or frozen cranberries
Preheat oven to 350
Grease and flour a bundt pan.
Combine flour, baking, soda, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
In a large bowl, beat applesauce, brown sugar, egg, and oil.
Beat in flour mixture until smooth. Fold in cranberries and apple
Bake 45 - 55 minutes.
Cool in pan on rack for about 10 minutes. Invert and place cake on rack to cool.
