May 2015 Meeting Highlights

There were 37 members and 1 guest at our May meeting.  

 We completed the Ragtime quilt for Habitat for Humanity and here are pictures of the front and back. 

A wall hanging for the PCH is under constructions thanks to Lorna Heuchert and Audrey Neufeld.

There is now one spot left for the Highway 10 Designs Retreat in Swan River.  If you are interested in joining in the fun contact Kathy.

This months comfort block is the 3D Bowtie block demostrated by Rae B.

The program was a demonstration of the guilds GO cutter by Kathy.  We cut out a few Apple Core pieces that will be made into a comfort quilt.

There are still a few Black and White Challenge quilt kits available for purchase for $10 if you haven't gotten your kit yet.  The projects are due April 2016 for our quilt show.
